Our Core Commitment

TinkerTaps does not collect personal information from children. The app is designed to be used by children under parental supervision and does not require account creation, login, or any personal data to function.

Information We Do Not Collect

Information We Do Collect

When you subscribe to TinkerTaps Premium, your subscription is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly handle or store your payment information — all billing is managed by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.

If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address solely to respond to your inquiry.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated analytics (such as app version and crash reports) through Apple and Google's built-in developer tools. This data does not identify individual users and is used only to improve the app.

COPPA Compliance

TinkerTaps is designed for use by children under 13 with parental supervision. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require children to provide any personal information to use it.

Parents or guardians who believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 should contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete that information promptly.

Parental Controls

TinkerTaps includes a built-in Parental Lock feature so parents can control access to settings and ensure children remain within the app experience.

The T-Shirt Feature

Subscribers can take a screenshot of their child's artwork and submit it to our Etsy shop for a custom t-shirt. This process happens entirely outside the app — we do not receive or process images through TinkerTaps itself. Any order placed through our Etsy shop is governed by Etsy's privacy policy.

Newsletter

If you sign up for our email newsletter through our website, we collect your email address to send you updates about TinkerTaps. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app evolves. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the effective date and, where required by law, providing additional notice.
